Today's workout was alright. My stomach was really upset which made it suck pretty bad though. My workout was 800, 400, 4 sets, with 90 seconds rest after the 800 and 2:30-3:00 rest after the 400. I ran 2:23, 66, 2:22, 65, 2:22, 65, 2:22, 65. I was super windy today so after the first lap, I would take the lead from Mike and lead the 2nd lap. We warmed up and cooled down 15 minutes.
