Today was the beginning of our taper. our workout was really easy, even though I didn't feel the best. The guys and I warmed up our normal 15 and stretched, ect. the workout was 8X400 at 2 mile pace with 90 seconds rest. my times were 68, 71, 70, 71, 70, 71, 70, 69. My stomach was a little upset today. I hate how the school's lunch schedule is so close to our workouts. I am really happy this is a taper week though. I cant wait for Friday and Saturday.
