| Mike and I drove up to Weber State to run with the highschool team. Mike and I killed it to 29th street and did a turn around for the guys. The both of us ran out to wood chip trail and then back while they stretched. Finally it was just down to the big dogs and we ran to the end of pipe. Mike took off after pipe but I Just hung back with Alek and Garret. We went up 22nd street trail all the way up to pride rock. Then across to bobsled's. Garret turned down early at strong's. Alek and I finished on the road back to Weber State. 63 minutes

| Today's run was pretty fun actually. I ran up to the school to meet the guys but they took too long so I just left them and ran by myself. It was POURING rain so thats why I didn't feel like waiting. I ran up to the park then up the trails to Exercise trail. I ran it out the the end and back. this part was really fun because of all the mud and puddles but the grass hanging over the trail sucked because it scratched my legs pretty bad. I then went on Mt. ogden trail out to 29th and then on the road to st. joes and back home. I felt really good on this run and killed it. 55 mins.
On my second run I felt pretty good again. I just ran from my house to Wood chip trail and back. 37 mins.

| I took today as a recovery run. I ran to the park and ran mile loops and then ran back home. I didn't feel to good. 59 mins.
I met up with Mike and ran back to the park again and did more loops and then back home. I fel decent. 35 mins.

| Met up with Mike and ran to pipe and back. Took the long way around the park. I got a really bad headache and then it was all downhill from there. My body kind of quit but I finished the run. 63 mins.
2nd run, I felt better than this morning. I ran to woodchip trail and back home. The heat kind of sucked but gotta get used to it. 36 mins.
